AOIFE CAITLIN O'MALLEY

CAUSE YOU'RE HOT THEN YOU'RE COLD
hey there ! my name is vicki, and yeah, i'm a girl. i know, crazy right ?! anyway, i've been gracing you with my presence for nearly sixteen years, and i love this place; thanks to pbs for leading me here. you can also find me at pm/email, or through bob. let's let the fun begin
YOU'RE YES THEN YOU'RE NO
well, my full name is aoife caitlin o'malley, but i like to be called aoife, eve, eef. my full name means aoife - beautiful, radiant; caitlin - pure; o'malley - the descendant of malley; mala, gaelic, the brow of a hill; maille, smooth, placid, gentle; probably because of some voodoo nuts. i'm sixteen years old, yeah; i'm barelylegal - and a girl, thank you very much. you can find me on the original list, where it'll say i'm a sophomore year. oh, and i almost forgot, my birthday is on 31st May, wanna throw me a party ?! i knew it
YOU'RE IN AND YOU'RE OUT
i'm d**n good looking, wouldn't you say? i've been told that i look like eliza bennett, but everyone knows i'm way sexier. don't even lie ! what, you didn't think that picture was flattering? well i have blond hair; sort of like just below shoulder length, curls slightly at the tips. has some darker streaks as well as the blond, though she is naturally blond. and my eyes - they're two pools of blue; you could say they're a little narrow but otherwise just average eyes, nothing amazing about them. at least, that's what i've been told. i'm such a beast, almost 5"3 feet, can you believe it? yeah, i take after my dad. and not that it's any of your business, but i weigh 106lbs, and have a athletic body type. i know, i know; i should make an exercise video. i stay this way by dancing, it's a lot harder than it sounds. you can usually find me wearing dresses or jeans, hoodies are also a staple, though i'm notorious for crazier things. oh trust me bby, you ain't seen nothing yet
YOU'RE UP AND YOU'RE DOWN
jeez ! some people just piss me off. it's like they don't get that i like dancing, vi, belle, reading, drawing, snow, clouds, and hate stereotypes, frogs, football, golf, maths ! is it really that hard to remember ?! but really, my pet peeves list could go on and on, i'll try and narrow it down so you don't fall asleep. i mean, hypocrites are just grotesque, don't you think? i'll admit i have some bad habits of my own, though; namely biting my nails, and my quirks include smiling when I'm giving someone my attention. but i swear i'm a really happy, quiet, reserved, shy, day dreamy person. i have some weaknesses, which besides chocolate are boys, too gullable for her own good, highly protective of her family. but i have great points too - loyal, can keep secrets, there if you need help, good listener. ssh, can you keep a secret ?! of course you can; i knew i could trust you. well, don't spread this on the bathroom wall, but i am a teen mother oh i feel so much better now

Aoife finds it extremely hard to trust people, she's naturally a quiet person and doesn't let people see who she really is until she knows they can be trusted. She's found that it hurts less that way, if you let someone see who you are and they reject you or do a vanishing act then it hurts, they've rejected you, if they don't know who you really are they can't reject you right? Once she's let you in she's a very loyal friend, she'd do anything to help a friend and will keep almost any secret; that is unless it would put that friend in great danger to keep it. If anyone's heard bad mouthing one of Aoife's friends she'll jump down their throats, sticking up for them as best she can and using every tool she has to do so.
A sharp tongue and quick wit grace the girl, she uses them sparingly but you'll know if she's annoyed with you. Swearing isn't something she likes, it seems pointless when she can use other words which are less likely to cause offense. She's a really calm person normally and rarely raises her voice, she's always just found that it hold more impact when she does shout that way, who listens if people shout constantly? Aoife's quite a secretive person, her private life is best kept private and that's how she likes it best.
Dancing was something that Aoife was enrolled in from the age of three. It's the one thing that helps her feel free, lets her feel like a teenager. That feeling of just becoming a being, not mattering, just floating. When the music starts she aims to just become one with it, a visual form of that music, the embodiment of the notes.
YOU'RE WRONG WHEN IT'S RIGHT
i was born and raised in dublin but now live syracuse, new york. i've had a crazy life, but i'm alright. my biological parents are siobhan and aiden o'malley, and the people who raised me are thesame. i have some rascal flats too, my sibling(s): saoirse (14) and boyd (5). i also have a great little pet, bubbles the goldfish. yeah, i know you're jealous. i got him in the freezer aisle. but seriously, my life is important. the happiest memory of my life was probably when i had my baby girls; i know, i almost cried i was so thrilled. but then there's the worst - jeez i hate thinking about it. finding out i was pregnant. sigh, i've had a hard knock life.
aoife caitlin o’malley was born on the 25th november to siobhan and aiden o’malley. she was deeply wanted and shortly followed by a brother and sister. their childhood was fairly normal, they lived in a house with both parents who loved each of them dearly, they had friends and a good standard of living, the perfect life right?
well it was inevitable something would happen to change the face of their perfect appearance, that thing was aoife becoming pregnant at thirteen. she'd been dating a sixteen year old for three months, felt she needed to sleep with him to keep him. that was what older teens did in relationships after all wasn't it? well that plan went to pot the minute she saw those two blue lines, her world was turned upside down in a heartbeat. the girl who'd once loved dancing, been set for good grades through school, was no more. she dropped her dance lessons immediately, not wanting to have to stand around other teens in leotards looking like a hippo. she told the boy who immediately announced to her it wasn't his, she must have been sleeping with someone else. this shattered her and she had no option but to turn to her parents.
they were disappointed, anyone would be to find their thirteen year old child was expecting a child, but seeing how scared she was they pushed that aside as best they could, worked to help her make the right decision. she decided to keep it but still felt bad, she'd brought such shame and disappointment on her family, her siblings would have to deal with comments at school. abortion wasn't an option however, murder in her eyes and she didn't believe she could carry it for nine months and then just give it up.
finding out she was expecting twins was another small blow, she’d been worried enough about one baby, never mind two. the pregnancy was difficult, the looks, comments and the way that people treated her as if she had the plague but she got there and on the 29th may her beautiful daughters annabelle rose and violet delilah were brought into the world. the perfectly healthy children were loved from the minute she first set eyes on them, had been right from the first kick even before that. aoife worked hard to be the best mum possible, worked to keep her grades too as she knew she'd never get a decent job to support her children otherwise.
three months later the family moved to syracuse, new york, a new start. their dad had a new job and so they'd had to uproot and move countries. aoife was faced with a decision, did she tell her new classmates about her daughters or not? she chose the latter, wanting to be able to have just a few hours a day to be a normal teenager, being looked on as a mother wouldn't allow for that.
the next few years went quite well, no one found out her secret and she made a firm few friends. yes it's hard, but she's become great at time management and neither her children nor her school work suffers too much. aoife just hopes that her excuses for missing some things with her friends don't begin to cause any resentment to her, she'd hate for her perfect little world to fall apart.
IT'S BLACK AND IT'S WHITE
so i've been role playing for three years. i know, i'm practically a veteran. i'd consider myself to be a intermediate? literate? the labels confuse me a little roleplayer; i like playing girls better. whaat, you want some proof ?! well, here you go.
figured I'd write this one as a bit of a back date into the character
“If it isn't a baby,
then you aren't pregnant,
so what are you aborting?”

Aoife wasn't sure what to do. She'd known something was up when the smell of garlic made her stomach turn but had just ignored it. Then the sore breasts had been put down to her period being due, when that period didn't show though she had to admit defeat and take a test. That was something she hadn't wanted to do until she was much older.
Staring at those two blue lines her heart sank, she couldn't believe this had happened. A knock on the door had made her put the test safely away in the pouch of her hoodie, not daring to look at it again until this morning. Escaping had seemed like a great idea this morning, she'd had to bring Boyd with her but it was still nice to not be stuck in the house, she always thought better outside.
She wasn't sure where to go, didn't want to phone anyone to meet them and so had found herself sat with only Boyd in the coffee house. it wasn't too busy, never was on a Sunday morning and Aoife was glad for that fact. She'd got both Boyd and herself a milkshake, subconsciously avoiding caffeine as she’d heard it was bad for developing foetuses. Though she still had no idea what she was going to do she knew abortion wasn't an option, she'd been brought up in a household with Catholic parents and though she didn't believe in God some of the morals had stuck. It was murder and Aoife was no murderer.
